It's no easier than that for a quick weekday meal! And the best part is that the whole family will love it. This recipe is always popular when my kids have friends, everyone loves it! The filling is delicious and even the most demanding palates will request them again.
If you want to raise the bar, you can add some spices or a little spicy sauce. This will definitely be one of your favorites! It's so beautiful!
“These were very tasty. Nice and easy to repair. I will do it again. Thanks for posting. "
Mamas Chicken Roll Ups
- 2 large chicken breasts; Shred
- 1 can of Crescent Rolls
- 1 10.5 oz of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can of broth; Use a chicken cream
- 1/2 can of milk; Use a chicken cream
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
- 6 ounces of grated cheese
- pinch of salt
NOTE: 1/2 cans of soup with the empty can of cream of chicken soup made to measure.
Put the chicken in a saucepan and cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook until the chicken is cooked. Remove the chicken (save the broth). Once it has cooled down enough to remove, remove the chicken from the bone and shred and set it aside. Whisk together soup, broth, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into the triangles. Put some cheese on the dough and at the larger end place a good chicken mass. Roll up and put in a 9X13 saucepan. Repeat with the rest. Once everyone is on the plate, pour the soup mix around each and then season a little over the tops (not too much) Bake in an oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, remove and add a little ; more cheese and return to the oven for 5 minutes. Let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving. The soup mixture will thicken like a gravy.
